In the project properties look at the publish tab and set the location where your app will be published to. Click the ellipsis button (…) and select the method of how you will be connecting to your web server. (FTP for example) If you don't publish directly to your web server but first publish files to your PC your will need to copy the setup files that will be created to your server manually. Once you make the various settings you are back to the publish tab and you can click the Publish Wizzard button
